After college prior to working as a Trial Consultant Chris worked as a Drug Enforcement Agent for both State and Federal law enforcement agencies. Chris’s clients have selected him to coordinate, manage, and present in over 400+ matters including but not limited to patent infringement, trademark, complex construction, MDL cases including product liability, asbestos, and the MDL2179 Deep Water Horizon matter. Chris has directed numerous large multi-firm litigation support teams and provides his clients with an unparalleled level of skill and dedication. In his leisure time Chris enjoys photography, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Ted Haw has more than a decade’s experience managing trial strategy development and graphic production for complex litigation. An accomplished and integrity-driven technology consultant who possesses brilliant technology skills, Ted has collaborated with trial teams on more than 100 matters, including work in both civil and criminal cases in virtually every area of litigation. Ted’s career began with a formal art education at Colorado State University as well as University of Colorado and Art Institute of Chicago. Since he started working in the litigation industry in 2000, Ted has established himself as an exceptional courtroom operator, where he has brought his affinity for detailed yet clean and to-the-point demonstratives into courtrooms all around the country. When he’s not on the road, Ted enjoys spending time with his family, catching up on movies and listening to music. He resides in Washington, D.C. area.
Rick Bell has provided exceptional technology consultative expertise to attorneys and trial teams since 2005. Prior to working in the legal industry, Rick worked in the banking, pharmaceutical and the internet/new media space in varied roles as a consultant, developer and entrepreneur. His professional background and educational exposure has served him and his clients as a technical tactician and valuable resource during all types of legal proceedings. He has thrived with large and small trial teams for international law firms at venues all over the United States, from IP disputes in the ITC, issues at the U.S. Court of Claims, District Courts in Delaware, Texas, New York and California to ICSID hearings at the World Bank in Washington, DC, Rick has been an indispensable asset to litigators and their clients in hundreds of trials, hearings, mediations, arbitrations and mock exercises. Originally from New York City, Rick is based out of Atlanta, Georgia. He received an undergraduate degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and a graduate degree in Information Systems Engineering from New York University (NYU), he has also earned professional certifications in multimedia and Internet technologies from NYU. In his leisure time, Rick enjoys traveling with his family and friends, listening to live music and enjoying various cultures and cuisines. He also enjoys exploring new forms of multimedia production, often interacting and mentoring students and young professionals. and studying diverse aspects of history and culture.
Benjamin has provided over 8 years of Multimedia and PowerPoint presentations for the court room. He specialists in 2D/3D animations. With 15 years of graphic design service. Ben began his journey of trial graphics in 2006.
